It just wouldn't be race day without Donna Brothers! A fixture at Churchill Downs and every major racetrack in the country, Donna Brothers knows the feeling of being in the winners circle firsthand. Donna retired in 1998 as the second leading female jockey in the country by money earned after having won 1,171 races. She then brought her insider track knowledge to the masses as a on-track reporter and analyst for NBC Sports and has since covered the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, Belmont Stakes, and Breeders' Cup among many other thoroughbred horse racing events and races.

She has also covered the Hambletonian Stakes, the Rolex Three Day Event, the World Equestrian Games, the AQHA World Championship Show, and Professional Bull Riding (PBR) for that network and, additionally, still covers horse racing for TVG.

The Trixie Chicks

How many ways can YOU ride a horse? The Trixie Chicks Trick Riders, an elite all-female specialty act team based out of Springfield, MO, take the bond between horse & rider to the next level. From hanging by one foot with their heads dragging on the ground to standing proudly atop their horses at a full gallop, the Trixie Chicks travel across the country entertaining crowds at rodeos and horse events. This dynamic daredevil group will be performing during the day in the Covered Arena and at our evening Celebration of Horses performances!

Performing in the Covered Arena once daily and twice daily in Celebration Park, be sure to catch all the excitement offered by the Presidents' Choice SuperDogs at their BreyerFest premier!

Fast-paced, interactive, heart-warming and hilarious, these are not your average stunt-dog shows. They’re a cross between a Broadway hit and a major sporting event.

Yvonne Barteau, of KYB Dressage, returns to produce our 5th Annual Celebration of Horses evening spectacular. Yvonne and the KYB Dressage riders will be performing along with LOTS of other magnificent acts on both Friday and Saturday nights.

KYB Dressage is first and foremost, a family of people who love horses. Born out of the marriage of two lifelong horse trainers, Kim and Yvonne Barteau, the KYB family now includes their children, Jamie, Jessica, Kassie and Kayla, all of whom have made their careers and centered their lives around their devotion to these magnificent animals.

KYB Dressage Performing at BreyerFest 2017's Celebration of Horses

The KYB family is passionate about training horses for dressage, for exhibitions, on the ground, and in order to improve their relationships with their owners and riders. KYB's long list of accolades and accomplishments includes training the highest winning horse in USDF history and the highest winning Young Rider in USDF history, dozens of championships at the international, national, and breed level, equine performances across the country and on network television, as well as award winning books and now movies.

All Three-Day ticket holders receive FREE Admission to the evening show. Single-Day ticket holders can upgrade their ticket to join the fun. Buy your tickets early! Seating is limited. Doors open at 5:00 pm, Show begins at 6:30pm on Friday and Saturday evening.
