Equine Star of Hannah Montana: The Movie
Who hasn’t heard of Hannah Montana? BreyerFest guests will have the opportunity to meet her equine costar from Hannah Montana: The Movie. Breyer is thrilled to announce that Blue Steel Man, better known as Blue Jeans, who plays the role of Montana’s horse, will be attending BreyerFest’s 20th Anniversary Birthday Bash, July 17-19.
Blue Jeans made his movie debut working alongside Miley Cyrus, the actress who plays Hannah Montana. In the movie as well as the television show, Cyrus plays a girl who leads a double life: by day she is Miley Stewart, an average teenager, but by night she is Hannah Montana, super pop star. In “Hannah Montana: The Movie” Stewart gets caught up in the lifestyle of Hannah Montana. Her father, played by real-life dad Billy Ray Cyrus, attempts to ground her by taking her back to her roots. Enter Blue Jeans whose job it was to return Stewart back to a normal teenage life. Cyrus and Blue Jeans got along well which is not surprising since she has her own horses and rides often at the family farm in Nashville.
Blue Jeans is an 11-year-old, 14.3 hand gray Quarter horse. His owner, Bobby Brooks, has raised and trained this handsome gelding at his home in Franklin, Tennessee. Of course, Brooks is proud of his horse’s accomplishments on film and in the ring. Movie talent scouts saw Blue Jeans competing in heading and heeling at the United States Team Roping Championship in Franklin and knew he would be just right for the movie role.
BreyerFest guests will have the opportunity to meet Brooks and Blue Jeans throughout the weekend! So don’t miss your chance to meet Miley Cyrus’s equine co-star!
