I mean its weird that there are lots of people owning horses out there, but not riding barns or anything like that! Do you like in the country? Maybe there isn't a need for people to board their horses or something!

Oh, my leader doesn't require you to have a horse but like I said all leaders are different.

I'm in 4-H and take the horse project. You guys could look into that. I believe it's $40 to enroll into 4-H and the project is free. What you learn depends on the leader but all the horse projects I've heard of you get to ride a horse.

I'm not either. I want to be, though! There is one by me, and even though there are lots of horse quizzes and all, there is a lot of riding too!!! Like actually lessons, and showing at fairs and stuff--I want to join so bad! But we're just really busy right now, so.... :) :)

im not...but i wouldnt reccomend joining anyway.
my mom want to put me in the 4-h horse club we found in our tourist town, but i looked it up and got all the info i could(well maybe not, but found a lot) and basically, what it is, is they give you a book and you answer quiz questions.
and although they have shows, you dont actually RIDE.

bluh....i dont see why people would join that
