Pick models that are not rearing. bucking, or kicking more than one leg up.
Also, use a good video cam. If the theme has a realistic herd, film outside where grass is model-size, where you have good lighting, and are away from cars and buildings. And make sure you film it when its not windy, as it blocks out voices.

So I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on model horse movies. I've already watched tutorials for making a wound, bridle etc and would now like some other opinions.
