Get Hands-On with Workshops at BreyerFest!

6/2/14

1

For many, BreyerFest is the one time of year to learn more about the innumerable activities model horses have to offer from some of the most talented individuals in the hobby. Workshops provide a hands-on experience to everyone, whether it's your 1st or 25th time at BreyerFest!

A Breyer is so much more than a model horse! Ideal for play and collecting, Breyer models supply countless creative opportunities. Breyer Model Horses can be painted, etched, decorated, used in dioramas, or as jewelry. They are the source of endless inspiration for projects such as tote bags, drawings, sculpting and tack making.

Led by some of the most talented artists in the field, each attendee leaves a workshop armed with new skills, memories, and a fun handmade project to head home with. Some of the talented artists we are excited to welcome to the Kentucky Horse Park this year include Morgen Kilbourn, who created the new 2014 Wyatt mold, Lisa Bickford, who created the beautiful diorama scenes we used while promoting Wyatt, and Sommer Prosser who spent several weeks working at the Breyer factory this winter.

To participate, you DO need to plan ahead. Workshops are available only by pre-registration! Workshops are filling up fast, and only a few spots are left in each class! Sign up today!
