Official Guidelines

  • The 2012 Kids Only Tour is open to everyone. The child in each ticket pair must be between the ages of 7 and 14 at the time of the event and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to attend. Space considerations require us to limit the Kids Only Tour to 200 guests in total.
  • Guests will be randomly drawn. Entries will be taken via the Breyer Website Entry Form. Entries will be accepted from January 31, 2012 until 5:00 PM EST February 14, 2012.
  • One entry will be accepted per day, per person only. Entering more than one time per day will not increase your odds of being chosen. Duplicate emails or emails received outside the order request window will be rejected.
  • By Wednesday, February 15, 2012, one hundred individuals (100) plus a stand-by list will be selected at random (but not posted). Individuals chosen will be notified by email within 24 hours with instructions on how to complete their purchase. Please do not call to see if you have been selected. Registration forms and waivers will be included in notification emails. Full payment (online payment only) must be received by COB February 20, 2012. Registration forms and waivers must be signed and sent back by February 29, 2012. All logistical details will be provided at that time.
  • Parent/Guardian permission for attendance is required. The name of the parent or guardian attending must be included on the registration form included in the notification email received by individuals chosen. We regret that names may not be added or changed after this form has been submitted. Tickets will be sold pairs only, according to the information you provide on your registration form. Adult and child listed on registration and waiver documents must attend the event together. Reeves reserves the right to deny entrance to any individual arriving without their parent/legal guardian or child.
  • Ticket cost is $100 per person ($200/pair). Ticket includes all meals on Saturday, April 28, factory/ office tour, transportation to and from the host hotel, and free event model. Event model is not exclusive to the Kids Only Tour. All guests must be present to pick up their event model or it will be forfeited.
  • Individuals selected and contacted who are not available and/or have not completed their purchase using a valid credit card by COB February 20, 2012, and returned their valid registration forms and waivers by February 29, 2012 will forfeit the opportunity to attend and are automatically disqualified and the next individual on the stand-by list will be contacted. No exceptions.
  • No refunds will be issued after February 24, 2012.
  • Breyer/Reeves International., Inc. is not responsible for late or misdirected mail, emails or incomplete/incorrect order requests.
  • Attendees are solely responsible for ticket purchase price and all travel, lodging and transportation expenses, except for transportation provided by Reeves between the guest hotel and Breyer offices which is covered under the ticket purchase.
  • Employees of Breyer/Reeves International, Inc. are not eligible to participate.
  • Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
