Breyer Christmas Shipping & Handling Schedule
For those giving the gift of Breyer, please take note of our holiday shipping schedule!
To ensure you receive your orders by Christmas, orders must be placed by the following dates (applies to in-stock merchandise only, shipping via UPS/UPS Sure Post in the Contiguous United States only):
- Standard UPS Ground Shipping - order must be completed by 11:59pm EST Tuesday 12/13/16
- UPS 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping - order must be completed by 11:59pm EST Sunday 12/18/16
- UPS Overnight - order must be completed by 11:59pm EST Wednesday 12/21/16
Please note: Orders placed from 12/24 to 12/26 will ship on 12/27. The Breyer warehouse will be closed for inventory purposes from 12/28/16 to 1/5/17. Orders placed for in-stock merchandise during this time will not ship until on or about Friday, January 6, 2017.

Shipping and Handling Information:
The Breyer Web Store currently ships to the U.S. and Canada; in addition, we offer international shipping when international destinations are selected with the "International" ship method.
In certain cases, customer may be responsible for additional handling, freight, duties, taxes, etc. as determined by their final shipping destination and/or overall size/weight of package. If there are additional shipping and handling charges, you will be contacted by Customer Service prior to your order shipping.
All international shipments, including shipments to Canada, may vary from quoted rate due to destination, package weight, etc. You will be notified prior to shipping for acceptance of additional charge. International duties, taxes and fees may be collected by your local carrier.
Orders will be shipped via UPS/UPS Sure Post or USPS in the Contiguous United States, and Purolator, APC or USPS for all other locations. Please provide a physical mailing address (no PO Boxes, please). Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Expedited shipping and handling is available to the Contiguous United States only. Expedited orders will not ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
Please make sure to choose the correct shipping and handling method when placing your order as errors in shipping selection will delay order processing.

To return products, you need to obtain a Return number from our customer service team. Items returned without a Return number will not be accepted. Please note, not all products are eligible for return.
To receive a Return number and initiate a return send an email to [email protected] with your contact information, order number, item number you wish to return, reason for the return, and images of any damage or defect (if applicable).
You have 30 days to initiate a return for your merchandise. Returned items must be eligible for return, in their original packaging, and in new and unused condition. Refunds are limited to the price paid for merchandise only, not including shipping and handling fees, and will be credited to the pay method used.
Limited Edition Items:
Limited Edition product sales including the Premier Collection, Vintage Collectors Club, Grab Bags, and any other Limited Edition items or items marked as non-returnable (as determined by Breyer) are final and may not be returned. Products that arrive damaged in transit must be claimed with the appropriate shipping carrier.
