BreyerFest After Dark

We first talked about BreyerFest After Dark back in December (here is the post in case you missed it) but with all of the excitement over the last few weeks we wanted to post another little reminder.

BreyerFest After Dark encompasses all of our activities at the Clarion Hotel and they are the perfect way to keep the BreyerFest fun going long after you leave the Kentucky Horse Park! On Friday evening, we have the always popular Swap Meet and we have the Artisans’ Gallery on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.

The Swap Meet gives participants the chance to sell or trade their Breyer models and it is open to all BreyerFest guests to visit and shop on Friday July 12th from 7:30pm – 11pm. Applications must be received by May 1, 2019 and you can purchase your tables here.

The Artisans’ Gallery showcases the model horse hobby’s finest artists and craftspeople and we are proud to host these artisans at BreyerFest After Dark. The Artisans’ Gallery starts on Thursday evening and runs from 5:30 pm – 11pm. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the Gallery is open from 7:30pm - 11pm.

We look for our talented artists around the country and even the world with an equine or animal focus. These artists showcase work that includes everything from sculpture, bronze, and wood to resin, clay, and paintings, and last but not least custom models and accessories. It’s the perfect place to shop for a unique memento from your weekend in Kentucky!

You can find the application here and all artists whose applications are received by May 3, 2019 will be featured in the event program. And we have an early bird special too! Secure your table by April 15th and receive a BreyerFest Guest Wristband FREE!

Please note:
The Swap Meet sellers must be Three-Day ticket holders and is not open to Breyer retailers. Retailers are encouraged and welcome to sell at the BreyerFest® Vendor Marketplace instead. Current 2019 Breyer merchandise (including special runs and store specials) is not permitted to be sold at the Swap Meet.
You must be a three-day ticket holder to display and sell in the Artisans' Gallery.
