Where can I get info to be a vendor or stay at the hotel used as a showcase after breyerfest each day to sell some of my models? A friend was telling to book it now.

Hello we just got to Kentucky and cant find our wristbands. We have all the other tickets and my receipt does anyone if we can get replacement wristbands at the gate?
