Today, we are breaking up the model reveals with some long-awaited information!
Part of what makes BreyerFest great is the amazing model horse community, so if you’re interested in being a part of that community as a seller in our Artisans’ Gallery, Swap Meet, or Vendor Marketplace, then this post is for you!
This summer, BreyerFest will be hosting the Artisans’ Gallery, Swap Meet, and Vendor Marketplace both in-person and online!
Taking place at the Clarion Hotel in the evenings from Thursday, July 14th to Saturday, July 16th, the Artisans’ Gallery showcases the best of the best in the model horse hobby. Media may be original sculpture, bronze, wood, resin, clay, acrylic painting, watercolor painting, oil painting, pencil portraiture, custom tack, and customized Breyer models. Subject should be equine related, but may also include other animal subjects as well.
Not able to participate in person? Not to worry! Our online listing will showcase sellers on BreyerHorses.com during BreyerFest weekend as a part of our virtual Artisans’ Gallery!
Also taking place in-person at the Clarion Hotel, the Swap Meet takes place in the evenings on Thursday and Friday, July 14th and 15th. The Swap Meet is the perfect place for an individual seller looking to sell, trade, or even buy older, vintage, or surplus models, tack, or accessories. The in-person Swap Meet is not open to Breyer retailers, customizers, or artists. Artists and customizers can join the Artisans' Gallery, or the Vendor Marketplace for those with larger operations.
For our virtual fans, the Swap Meet sellers will be listed alongside our Vendor Marketplace sellers on BreyerHorses.com during BreyerFest weekend as a part of our Virtual Marketplace.
The center of all the action during the day at the Kentucky Horse Park all three days of BreyerFest weekend, the vendor marketplace is home to our biggest variety of retail partners – from hard to find retired models, to housewares, jewelry, apparel, real horse tack, and more, the Vendor Marketplace offers fans a great shopping experience.
If you’ll be joining us online at BreyerFest this year, the online Virtual Marketplace is a great place to show off your wares to fans joining us on BreyerHorses.com from around the globe!
All in-person participants must be VIP or All-Access ticket holders to submit an application to exhibit in the Artisans’ Gallery or Swap Meet (no ticket is necessary for the Vendor Marketplace), and online sellers must have Online Traditional Access tickets in order to submit an application to sell in either the Virtual Artisans’ Gallery or Virtual Marketplace.
As an added bonus for our in-person sellers, BreyerFest will be offering the option to add on a virtual listing option, if desired. More information on how to participate and apply will be available after BreyerFest tickets go on sale in February!

Sounds interesting. I am new to all of this. I probably won’t be able to afford anything. But it will be nice to have a look. And who knows, I might be lucky. Great idea, for us online people.

Could someone explain what the Friday night and Saturday night shows are that we can pick from with the all access ticket?
