If you’re registered for the BreyerFest Open Model Horse photo show, the time is nearly here! The galleries open at 5 pm EDT TODAY on Pony Bytes and if you’ve completed your trial upload successfully, it’s nearly time to start moving your images from your galleries to the show class galleries!
If you’re registered for the Open Show and you haven’t completed your trial upload yet, please make sure you do that and get the “OK” from Pony Bytes staff or a show steward to start moving your photos into their show classes. This trial upload is a very important step to make sure your images are formatted correctly – including the way they are named. These file names make sure your photos can be judged and pulled correctly in Pony Bytes reports that you or judges may run. Our Pony Bytes guru Julia put together this handy video to help you along! The trial upload period runs until June 25th, so there is still time!
Not yet registered for one of the shows? Don’t delay! Registration closes a NOON EDT on Friday, June 18th and you must be an All-Access or VIP ticket holder* to register. Just log into the same account you have your event tickets on to register for the show, which you can do here.
Pony Bytes is free to use and create an account on, and has loads of resources to help you along, including a group of dedicated show stewards that are there to answer your questions in the Pony Bytes forum. We recommend asking your questions on the forum, even if you’re not yet registered for the show, for the best answer. The team on the Official BreyerFest Facebook group may not always know the answer to your question – the forum is the best spot to get an answer quickly.
You can find your show packet here and important dates to remember for the Open Show here. Please make a note of these deadlines! You do not want to miss out!
*Open to VIP and All-Access ticket holders only. VIP and All-Access ticket sales have ended at this time, so if you do not already have your tickets, you are not able to register for the show.
