Thank you for joining us at BreyerFest’s Salute to Horse Heroes! We have been made aware that the artwork on the 30th Anniversary pint glass is experiencing some issues. We apologize for this! The vendor has agreed to replace all defective pint glasses.
Please send Customer Service (breyerwebstore@reevesintl.com) an email with your complete mailing address, number of glasses purchased and a photo of the damaged glass(es) with your last name visible on a piece of paper next to the glass. See the photo below for an example.
Replacements will be mailed on or about August 30th. We appreciate your cooperation, and again, apologize for the inconvenience.

How do we know if we have a defective glass? What is the issue? By the way, this is the third question I have posted to the BreyerFest blog, have not seen answers to my other questions. How many volunteer models were made, and how many matte finish deco Hero’s Welcome Surprise models are there?
