In the last few years, BreyerFest has grown by leaps and bounds and we’ve had to make big changes to accommodate the increased number of fans flocking to Lexington for the weekend. One of these changes was a complete overhaul of our free shuttle system in 2018, and we’ve continued to make improvements for 2019.
We are pleased to announce that this year, BreyerFest will have a dedicated shuttle loop servicing all of our partner hotels free of charge – this includes the Candlewood Suites, the LaQuinta, the Four Points, the Fairfield Inn, the Glo, the Embassy Suites, and the Clarion – that will run from 4:30 to 11:30 pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. We are hoping this loop will ease the parking congestion at the Clarion by servicing the local hotels, allowing guests to participate in the activities at the Clarion without having to worry about finding parking.
If you are staying at the LaQuinta, the Four Points, the Fairfield Inn, or the Glo, please be advised that these hotels will be sharing a shuttle stop due to their close proximity to each other, and to maintain the efficiency of the shuttle route. The front desk at your hotel will have more information on the location of this stop.
We’ve also increased our shuttle capacity within the Kentucky Horse Park with more free shuttles, and have two of these shuttles servicing both the Horse Park and the Clarion from 5pm to 10 pm. All of these buses will be air-conditioned and some will also be ADA-compliant.
All BreyerFest shuttle buses will be marked with event signage – please be sure you are boarding the correct bus! If you have any questions about your shuttle’s destination or route, please ask your driver.
We hope you are as excited about these improvements to our shuttle system as we are! We are confident that they will be to the benefit of all of BreyerFest’s guests, both in the park and out.
UPDATE 06/13/19: We've heard your concerns! The hours for the Kentucky Horse Park and Clarion shuttle loop have been extended from 10:00 PM to 11:30 PM on Friday and Saturday night. Park at the KHP and join us for the Artisan's Gallery, Swap Meet and more!

This is our first trip to Breyerfest and were unaware we needed parking passes which says sold out. Where do we park if we do not have parking passes and are staying at a hotel further out?

In the beginning of the article it says shuttles run 4:30-11:30 Thursday, Friday and Saturday…but with the update at the end, it says it’s extended to 11:30 only Friday and Saturday. So are all 3 days 4:30-11:30 or is Thursday 4:30-10:30 and Friday/Sat 4:30-11:30?

Hi all. Within the event, the shuttle buses service the perimeter of BreyerFest, the parking lots, and the Alltech Arena. Vehicular traffic is not allowed within the BreyerFest grounds. The shuttle bus stops are clearly marked on both the map in the BreyerFest program and the BreyerFest mobile app, both of which are now available to view. The shuttle buses do not service the KHP Campground, sorry!

1.) Will you have dedicated shuttles, that travel from the Horse Park to the Clarion Hotel (only), and back to the Horse Park.
2.) Those of us with 3 day passes that arrive on Thur. Can we still park in the Horse Park using them, and utilize the shuttle, if they run on that day?

@ Tracy – There will still be plenty of parking at the KHP. The parking pass simply gives a discounted rate on three days of parking, rather than paying for each day individually.
