In addition to all the incredible shopping hosted by Breyer at the Kentucky Horse Park (and online) during BreyerFest weekend, we are also pleased to host individual sellers in the evening at our host hotel, the Clarion (and online!).
All BreyerFest guests are welcome to shop at the Clarion in the evenings – the Artisans’ Gallery is hosted Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening of BreyerFest weekend and the Swap Meet is hosted Thursday and Friday of BreyerFest weekend. Breyer offers a complimentary shuttle service from both the KHP and some of our partner hotels to get guests to the Clarion in the evenings, since parking there is restricted to hotel guests only. If you’re a VIP or All-Access ticket holder and you’re interested in being a seller in either the Swap Meet or the Artisans’ Gallery, the application is currently live on BreyerHorses.com. You can email your application for either area to Kathryn at kmcdermott@reevesintl.com. Don’t forget to include your requested images!
The Artisans’ Gallery is a unique space that hosts some of the best creators in the model horse hobby. Media may be original sculpture, bronze, wood, resin, clay, acrylic painting, watercolor painting, oil painting, pencil portraiture, custom tack, and customized Breyer models. Subject should be equine-related, but may also include other animal subjects as well.
The Swap Meet is the perfect place for an individual seller looking to sell or trade older or retired models, tack, or accessories. The Swap Meet is not open to retailers or artists, and current (2023) merchandise, including BreyerFest Special Runs, Limited Editions, and Event models are not permitted to be sold or traded in the Swap Meet. You must be a registered seller to engage in sales or trades in this space.
If you’ll be joining us online with an Online Traditional Access ticket, you can check out our Virtual Marketplace and Artisans’ Gallery options as well! The virtual platform is also open to VIP and All-Access ticketholders who will be joining us in-person to add on to reach our virtual fans from around the world!

In don’t think this is available for Online Stablemate tickets. You can probably get Flame the Island Stallion on Ebay or another shop if you would like though!
