Buying BreyerFest Tickets

We can’t believe that 2019 is coming to a close and 2020 will be here in less than TWO DAYS, which means….BreyerFest tickets will be going on sale soon! 

We want to make sure that our guests are as informed as possible when it comes to the ticket-buying process.

This year, we’ve streamlined the ticket-buying process and wanted to give you step-by-step instructions to make things as simple as possible.

• First, under the EVENTS tab on BreyerHorses.com, select “Event Tickets” under the middle BreyerFest tile. This will bring you to the ticket buying page.
• Please be sure to read all of the information on this page, as some of it's changed from previous years.  At the bottom of the page, you'll find icons for the following ticket options -
  
  • BreyerFest 2020 Adult 3-Day tickets
  • BreyerFest 2020 Children’s 3-Day tickets
  • Breyer Lounge tickets
  • BreyerFest 3-Day parking passes
• From there, choose whether you’d like adult’s or children’s tickets (you’ll be able to return to this screen to buy more of either option later).
• Then, once you’ve selected adult or child, the next screen will be where you can select your evening show night (Friday or Saturday) and your Special Run ticket time. You MUST select an evening show night before you can add tickets to your card.  All Special Run timeslots with inventory will be visible; any timeslots without inventory will have an “x” through the button.
• Next, select the quantity of tickets that you would like to purchase for that evening show and for that Special Run ticket time. ALL tickets from this particular transaction will have the same evening show and Special Run Ticket time. This is good for groups who want to stay together in the same Special Run time.  
  • Alternatively, if you want 3 adult tickets with varying Special Run times, (for example, Friday at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm Special Run tickets), you’ll need to add three tickets to your cart individually. First, select an adult ticket, choose your evening show day and the 11 am Special Run ticket and add that to your cart.  You will be immediately brought back to the ticket buy page to select the options for your second ticket. Add that ticket to your cart, and so on.
• Once you’ve added your desired tickets to your cart, you can either scroll down the page to see the other ticket options under “related items” or click the back navigation arrow twice to return to the main ticket page to add other ticket types, including Breyer Lounge tickets or a parking pass, to your cart.

If you are a Collector Club member, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT FIRST. Enter CC2020TICKETS at check out for a special discount.  You MUST be logged in to your Collector Club account before making your purchase to receive this discount.  The discount is not available retroactively and can only be used with Collector Club accounts.

As well, please be sure to check the workshop, seminar and model horse show schedules BEFORE making your ticket purchase.  Special Run tickets cannot be exchanged if you discover you have a scheduling conflict.
