We want you to help out at BreyerFest 2019!
We rely on the hard work and dedication of Robin Briscoe and her volunteers to make BreyerFest such a success year after year. Our 30th anniversary is certainly no exception as the event will be even bigger (and better!) than ever before. This also means that we will need all hands on deck to make the event a celebration to remember!
We need volunteers to help with everything from staffing the Hobby Information Booth and the Diorama Contest at the Visitor Information Center, to helping at the Craft and Activity Tent, Swap Meet and the Artisans’ Gallery. Once again this year we are also looking for some great BreyerFest Ambassadors to assist with guests throughout the weekend and answer any and all questions that might pop up.
There is a volunteer orientation on July 11th before the event starts and volunteers will work for approximately 8 hours throughout the weekend (split into 2-3 shifts whenever possible).
Volunteers will receive our endless thank you’s along with a special volunteer model.
A few other reminders for our potential volunteers – all applicants must be 18 years old or older, applications will only be accepted from January 14th through February 28th; receipt of application will be sent within 7 days and applicants will notified of their status on/around April 1st. The Early Bird deadline is April 15th giving guests plenty of time to purchase tickets if needed.
