With BreyerFest happening this coming weekend, we’ve been getting a lot of questions about some of the finer details that our posts might not have covered – most notably the number of trips through the store each ticket type has. While we have tried to cover this in the broad sense, we thought it might be prudent to outline the details for each ticket type, to provide guests with a little more clarification.
Adult/Child/Celebration 3-Day ticket – each ticket holder with this ticket type is allowed one “trip” through the Limited Edition models store each day of the weekend, for a total of three trips over the course of BreyerFest weekend. So, if you are a family of 4 with two adult 3-Day tickets and two children’s 3-Day tickets, each ticket gets one “trip” through the store each day for a total of TWELVE “trips” through this store over the weekend.
Single-Day 4-Pack ticket holders – the 4-Pack of Single-Day Stablemates models was sold as a courtesy to guests who wanted to ensure they received one of each of this year’s Single-Day Stablemates models, without leaving the selection to chance. This ticket type allows guests access to all three days of BreyerFest and therefore one “trip” each day through the Limited Edition collections (three trips total per pack). If you purchased two 4-packs, this allows you two “trips” per day, for a total of six “trips” over the course of the weekend.
Single-Day tickets – guests with this ticket type are limited to their day of access to BreyerFest - Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The number of trips for this ticket type is based on the quantity of tickets you’ve purchased (and, potentially, which days). If you have two Saturday tickets, your access is for Saturday only and you are allowed two “trips” through the Limited Edition collection shops. However, if you have multiple tickets for different days, your access increases. A guest with two Friday tickets, three Saturday tickets, and one Sunday ticket would have a total of SIX available “trips” during the course of the weekend, which would correspond with the number of tickets for each day (2 for Friday, 3 for Saturday, and 1 for Sunday).
As a reminder, you can browse the Limited Editions at any time over the weekend. A “trip” is a completed check out of any of the Limited Edition models, but do remember that models from these Limited Edition collections (the Store Specials and the Fling! Shops) are NOT held in your cart like the Special Run models are. If these models are high on your priority list, guests are encouraged to check out promptly to avoid loss of inventory.
As well, inventory for these models will be replenished at various times throughout the weekend, so be sure check back if what you’re looking for isn’t available.
