In case you missed our awesome Diorama contest announcements back in December, we wanted to post a reminder, now that BreyerFest tickets are on sale. We’ve got two fun ways fans can participate this year, and we can’t wait to see what you come up with!
For this year’s in-person Diorama Contest, to celebrate BreyerFest: Driving Forward, we invite VIP and All-Access ticket holders who will be joining us at the Kentucky Horse Park to create a diorama, using at least one Breyer model of any scale (excluding CollectA), that recreates a scene depicting an innovation or invention that drove the world forward.
Driving Forward is more than just about driving horses (or even cars). It’s about the innovations that drive us forward as a society. From the invention of the wheel, the intrepid use of carts and carriages, to the advent of headlights on cars, and beyond, we are surrounded by inspired creations and boundless leaps forward in technology.
Please read complete rules and information on how to enter here. We can’t wait to see your inventive creation!
For this year’s online Diorama Contest, to celebrate BreyerFest: Driving Forward, we invite VIP, All-Access, and Online Traditional Access ticket holders to create a diorama, using at least one Breyer model of any scale (excluding CollectA), that recreates a scene of a driving moment in history. The dioramas will be presented in chronological order in each age group so fans can see the evolution of driving as presented by you, our entrants!
Driving has existed since the invention of the wheel was combined with the domestication of horses – thousands of years of wagons, carts, carriages, and more! From ancient competitions in Hippodromes to travelers on the Oregon trail, drivers have shaped history!
