In case you missed it, we outlined what the ticket structure for BreyerFest: Prost! will look like a couple weeks ago, right here on the BreyerFest Blog.
Part of the fun of BreyerFest is bringing home beautiful models that are exclusive to the event, and our celebration of Prost! is no exception.
You’ve already met our superstar Celebration Horse, Nikolas, the handsome and accomplished German Riding Pony who is making a big name for himself in the dressage arena. All VIP, All-Access, and Online Traditional Access ticket holders will receive this brand new 1:9 scale sculpt by Brigitte Eberl as a part of their ticket purchase.
As well, we also already introduced you to our delicious Oktoberfest Treat-inspired Event Stablemates models – Brezel, Spaetzle, Lakritz, and Doppelbock. These adorable 1:32 scale cuties are included as a complete set for our VIP ticket holders! General Admission and Online Stablemates Access ticket holders will each receive one randomly-selected Event Stablemate as a part of their ticket purchase. (Please note that the purchase of multiple tickets does not guarantee that you’ll receive a complete set – you can receive multiples of the same model.)
In addition to these models that are included in the cost of your tickets, BreyerFest also offers guests access to a series of Special Run models and Limited Edition models. These models are available to ticket holders at an additional cost and are not included with the price of your ticket.
Special Run models are available to VIP and All-Access ticket holderswho attend BreyerFest in-person and are a mix of new sculpts and fun vintage sculpts done in interesting colors and patterns – some of which may not be possible in the real horse world! These beautiful models are created exclusively for BreyerFest and there are generally at least 8 different options, including a non-equine animal. Occasionally we also sneak a few fun surprises into this group of models, like half the run might be glossy or the entire model is a surprise!
Limited Edition models are available to ALL ticket holders, whether in-person or online, and these models bring each year’s theme to life! From breed representation to fun decorators, Breyer artists have captured so many amazing facets of Germany and we can’t wait to show them to you! Limited Edition models typically include 1:9 scale portrait models of guest horses that are exclusive to BreyerFest, a squishable plush, a Freedom Series-scale model, a stunning crystal model, and any other fun surprises we might think of – and here at HQ, we love surprises!

Now that I know the special run models are not in my taste I’m looking forward to the ticket models. My only request is that in-person people try beer cheese soup if they offer it. That stuff is amazing, I’m salivating thinking about how they combined the taste of bread and cheese all into one fine snack. It’s even better to dip a pretzel in. Sadly I don’t think it’s possible to experience it from a food truck, you’ll have to have a buffet or something at the Clarion to have it fresh from the kitchen.

Tried to get the VIP ticket last year but couldn’t. Since I don’t do any social media I rely on emails & this blog. Was hoping for better results this year on the VIP ticket or at least the all-access one but am really really glad it will also be virtual- since I work in an understaffed, overrun hospital and was lucky to get a whole weekend off last year. Thanks for these updates!

This article states that limited ed and special run models are available to VIP and all-access ticket holders yet it does not specifiy whether this holds true for in-person only or also for online. I know a previous blog article said the special runs were available only in-person. Is this still true?

I purchased my all access tickets but did not find a spot for choosing a special run model to be put on hold. Does this mean I will just have to hope to get one in person? Or do they send out notice for the holds later? This is very confusing. As you can tell, I am a first timer! Did I mess this up?
