Important BreyerFest Reminders!

BreyerFest is coming up quick, and we know you’re all excited to be getting to Kentucky, if you’re joining us in person!

We have got just a couple of BreyerFest reminders for fans, so we wanted to take the time to outline them here –

First, we wanted to remind all our guests that all Breyer points of sale will be CASH FREE.  This means, you can only pay with a credit or debit card at the following locations:

• The Ticket Booth
• The Special Run Line
• The BreyerFest Stores in both the Covered Arena and the tented store
• The Live Auction
• The Silent Auction

As well, all these areas will be subject to 6% Kentucky state sales tax, so please be sure to factor that into your purchases!

To assist fans with this transition, Breyer will have THREE reverse ATMs onsite at BreyerFest where guests can convert their cash into pre-paid gift cards, free of charge.  You can learn more about this cashless implementation here.

Second – we covered this in our From the Horse’s Mouth Guide, but as a refresher, when you arrive at BreyerFest in the morning before the gates open, there are TWO different lines that guests can wait in.

As you are facing the Ticket booth, the line to the LEFT is for fans looking to get into the BreyerFest stores, either the tented store or the store in the Covered Arena.  Both of these stores are stocked with the same items, so you can pick either one!  Numbers will be distributed to guests waiting in this line that correspond to one of the stores, so please make note of the store your number corresponds to.  For example, numbers for the TENTED BreyerFest store cannot be used to get in the line for the COVERED ARENA BreyerFest Store.

If getting into the BreyerFest store first thing is not high on your list, simply head to the line that extends to the RIGHT of the ticket booth.  This line is for general event entry.  It’s also the line you can wait in if you need to purchase tickets.

Will Call will be located in a Breyer-branded tent near the ticket booth, so if you’re a customer looking to pick up your tickets during BreyerFest weekend, head to this tent before getting on either of the entry lines.
