BreyerFest is a busy place and with many updates to the event layout, and so many new fans joining in the fun this summer, we want to make sure all our guests know where they are heading to avoid any confusion.
First, after you’re parked and you’re walking towards the BreyerFest entry/ticket booth, there are two different lines that will be there.
Once you’re inside BreyerFest, if you were on the Red Line, please make your way to the Bag Check tent in front of the Walnut Schooling Ring to check any large bags you may have before lining up to shop – this includes large purses and backpacks. Numbers for both stores will be taken IN ORDER, so please check you bags promptly. Once in line, guests are free to put themselves in number order. The large, empty tent in the Walnut Schooling Ring is the Line for the BreyerFest Store inside the Covered Arena. If your number was for this store, you must line up in this tent. The line for the Tented BreyerFest Store begins at the short end of that store tent and runs up the hill towards the Walnut Ring. If your number was for this store, you must line up here. Numbers will only be honored at their respective store.
If you’re picking up your VIP models (Celebration Horses, Event Stablemates, Limited Editions, Special Runs, and VIP swag), please head over to the VIP Tent to redeem your VIP tickets for these items. This tent is located next to the Collector Club Tent and will have plenty of signage so guests know where to line up.
If you’re an All-Access ticket holder looking to pick up your Celebration Models and purchase your Special Run Models, or you’re a General Admission ticket holder looking to get your Event Stablemates models, head on over to the Model Handout Tent, just beyond the tented BreyerFest Store. This tent will have two separate lines for Special Run Reservation tickets and Special Run Wild Card tickets, so please pay attention to the posted signage to ensure you are in the correct line!
Remember – if you’ve got a VIP ticket or an All-Access with Special Run Reservation Ticket, you’ve got until Sunday at 2 pm to collect your models, so there is no rush!
Comments will be approved before showing up.
