Live Auction Registration Instructions!

Attention all guests who are looking to bid during the Live BreyerFest Benefit Auction! We have instructions for you on how to register to bid! ALL bidders, in-person or online, will have to sign up through BidSpirit in-order to place a bid.

We recommend signing up before the auction on Saturday at 5:00pm to make sure everything is in working order before you bid. Please note that registration may take anywhere from 5 min to several hours to be approved.

Sign-Up Instructions:

1. Visit BidSpirit's website here!
2. Click the yellow "Registration" button found in the top right corner.
3. Enter your name, email, create a password, verify you are over 18, and accept the terms and click "send".
4. Click on the confirmation link sent to the email that was used to register to activate your account.
5. Search for "BreyerFest" in the search bar located at the top in case it takes you away from the catalog page after you register.
6. Approved bidders can then place pre-bids and absentee bids on the day of the auction. Bidders can visit the auction page and watch the simulcasted live feed, and bid!

All onsite bidders will need to check in with the auctioneer and receive a numbered paddle to continue their bidding on the day of the Live Auction at the Hall of Champions. Winners who are on-site will pay via cash or with credit card.

Please notify your credit card company you are taking place in an auction so you do not run into any problems when paying.
