One Week to Go!

There’s only a week to go until BreyerFest 2019 starts! Can you believe it’s almost here?!

We’ve posted quite a few posts over the last 6 months, so we wanted to highlight a few key points to remember:

There are two locations to pick up your Celebration Horse model. You can still pick up your Oliver models at the Celebration Model Handout Window at the south end of the Covered Arena. But new this year, you can also pick him up at the Special Run Tent during your Special Run ticket time!

The Costume Contest will be on Friday at 6:00 pm at the Alltech Arena, and the Live Auction will be on Saturday at 5:30 pm at the Hall of Champions.

Golf carts are not permitted within the footprint of BreyerFest.  If you have rented a golf cart, please make sure you are not driving within the BreyerFest event – this is any area that is in color on the map in your program. Please park your cart in the designated golf cart parking area along Nina Bonnie Blvd. and walk into the event. There are many guests and horses at the event, and we want to make sure everyone is safe.

Want to get in on the shopping action first thing in the morning? There will be four lines outside the BreyerFest gates this year. If you want to line up for the Breyer Store or the Pop-Up Hero’s Salute Shops, these lines run to the left of the ticket booth towards the VIC. There are two lines – please make sure you are in the correct one! If you already have your tickets (or need to get them at Will Call) and you just want to get in to BreyerFest, or you need to buy your tickets on-site, these lines run to the right of the ticket booth towards the American Saddlebred Museum.
