We announced last week that we are so excited to be able to offer VIP and All-Access ticket holders a deeper, more interactive BreyerFest experience this summer through our “live” workshops hosted on Zoom. More information on how to purchase these workshops and the weekend schedule will be released soon, but for now, we wanted to get you hyped up about our first offering – Galaxy Unicorns!

Kristen Cermele from KNC Equine Art will be leading this session, and we are so thrilled to have her on the team of this summer’s amazing BreyerFest Ambassadors. You’ll also be able to find her amazing art in the BreyerFest virtual Artisans’ Gallery this summer!

For this workshop, Kristen will be walking participants through using acrylic paints and fun, sparkly eye shadows (in place of pastels) to create shimmery, galaxy-inspired decorator unicorn Stablemates models.

The use of eye shadow in place of pastel pigments is becoming more and more commonplace and Kristen is looking forward to showing her students how versatile this medium is, particularly when it comes to creating fun, fantasy decos. The kit for this workshop will include paint, eye shadow, brushes, and Stablemates models so you can work on a few different creations during this lesson.

Participants in this workshop will be able to interact with Kristen and other attendees, show off their work, ask for tips, and get all their questions answered in real time – all from the comfort of their homes!  We can’t wait to see you online!
