This is a reminder to all Diorama Contest participants to check their emails. If you submitted your entry and photos of your diorama via email by the June 21 deadline you should have received an email confirming that you can bring your diorama with you to BreyerFest for judging and further instructions for the information that must accompany your entry.
Please check in your diorama entry at the Hobby Booth Tent on Friday, July 15th between 9 am and 5 pm. Your entry must remain on display until 4 pm on Saturday, July 16 and must be collected by 1 pm on Sunday, July 17th. Any entries left after 4 pm on Sunday July 17th will be considered abandoned and will be discarded.
Winners will be announced, and awards given in the Covered Arena on Saturday July 16th at approximately 4pm.
Dioramas submitted after the June 21 deadline will not be accepted on-site. Do not bring a diorama unless you have received an email from the Events Team; it will not be permitted to be displayed.
