Reservations vs No Reservations

Here at HQ, as we update BreyerFest to make sure fans are getting the most fun experience possible, we are also updating some of the terms we use to talk about the event – particularly with Special Run models.

You might have noticed that page 3 of our Guide to BreyerFest summarizes what’s included in the ticket books our in-person guests will be getting and uses terms like Redemption Tickets, Reservation Tickets, and Wild Card Tickets.  Well, what the heck is the difference between all these?  It’s easy!

VIP ticket holders will receive Redemption Tickets for their Special Run and Limited Edition Models because these models are already paid for.  Simply turn in your tickets at the VIP line of the Special Run Line Tent to collect all your models and you’re all set.  Simple as that!

All-Access ticket holders who purchase their tickets by the May 14^th deadline will receive online preference forms after May 14^th and will use those forms to rank this year’s Special Run Models in order of their preference.  The form will include instructions on how to complete these lists depending on the number of tickets you have – you can either do individual lists or a master list, the choice is yours!   You can read more about this process on page 7 of our Guide to BreyerFest. 

Models will be assigned to each All-Access ticket based on these preferences and your place in the virtual line and Special Run Reservation Tickets will be printed in your ticket books that correspond to the models you’ve been assigned.  Bring these tickets to the All-Access Reservations line in the Special Run Line Tent at BreyerFest to receive your models and pay for them on site.

If you miss the preference form, opt not to complete one (which is totally fine), or you purchase your All-Access tickets to BreyerFest after May 14^th, you won’t have Special Run models reserved for you, but you’ll still have a chance to buy them on site at BreyerFest, while supplies last.

These All-Access ticket holders with no reservations will receive Wild Card Tickets, which can be redeemed on the Wild Card line at the Special Run Line Tent at BreyerFest.  Guests with this ticket type will have access to purchase their Special Runs from the remaining available models, but since we can’t guarantee who will be left if you’ve got your eye on someone specific we strongly recommend that you purchase your All-Access tickets to BreyerFest before the May 14^th deadline.
