Schedule Changes

After quite a few requests over the years, we are changing the scheduling of the Live Auction and the Costume Contest!

We know it’s tricky for our Live Showers to make it over to the Hall of Champions for the Live Auction on Friday evening, especially if the show is running a little late. And we know it’s tough for our Costume Contest participants to race over to the Alltech Arena as soon as the Raffle finishes at the Covered Arena. We want to let you know that we’ve heard you and will be making some changes for BreyerFest 2019!

The Live Auction will now be on Saturday evening at the Hall of Champions. The auction will start at 5:30 pm giving everyone plenty of time to make their way over from the Covered Arena after the Saturday Raffle. As usual we will be raising funds for our BreyerFest Beneficiaries and will be sharing details about these amazing charities as we get nearer to July. This also means that the amazing Live Auction models will be on display in the VIC for two whole days!  

The Costume Contest will be held at the Alltech Arena on Friday evening at 6:30 pm before the Celebration of Horses. We will announce the theme and the rules once the BreyerFest Salute to Horse Heroes site is live, but we wanted to let everyone know about the date change. Hopefully this encourages a lot more guests to participate as we’re already looking forward to seeing all of the costumes!
