BreyerFest is in just one week - can you believe it!?
As this year's event inches closer and closer, we'd like to provide an update on shopping at the online BreyerFest Store and shipping costs for this year's event.
The BreyerFest Online Store will open at 11 AM EDT on Friday, July 15th! Any BreyerFest ticket holder, including those with in-person tickets, will be able to access the store by logging into their ticket-holding account on BreyerHorses.com. Items on sale will include Limited Edition models (including our online exclusives), swag items, and the randomly-selected Special Run model for Online Traditional Access ticket holders. All available inventory will be stocked on Friday morning, and items will be available while supplies last.
As a reminder, shipments will not be combined this year and orders are subject to shipping charges. We highly recommend consolidating your purchases to as few carts as possible to save on postage costs.
The shipping cost for your Event Model(s) (Nikolas and/or Event Stablemates) is included with your virtual ticket, regardless of shipping destination. The below shipping costs only apply to additional purchases you make during the event.
Please note that during BreyerFest weekend, all BreyerFest products will be subject to the standard shipping charges as listed below in the chart. For international orders outside of the USA and Canada, shipping costs will be capped at $65.95 per order, so please plan accordingly. In addition, due to the volume of orders we'll be receiving, please allow an extra day or two for processing.
Regular line products from BreyerHorses.com (that is, not BreyerFest products or merchandise), will still be eligible for our current free shipping offer, subject to the Terms & Conditions, on purchases greater than $49, as long as they are NOT combined with BreyerFest products. If you do combine regular line products with your BreyerFest product order, you will incur shipping charges as listed in the chart below, based on the total value of the order.

I’m looking for a little clarification on the online version of the LE store if possible! In an older post from Feb 22nd, it’s mentioned that the store will be stocked each day of Breyerfest. However, this post makes it seem like it will be stocked only once on Friday morning with the total available amount of each item and once they’re gone that’s it. No more restocking.
Is this the case or will the online store be restocked Saturday and Sunday mornings as well? Thank you for any clarification!
