Sorry to disappoint, but you’re going to need to sit tight until tomorrow for the reveal of yesterday’s sneak peek. We know, the suspense is killing us, too.
However, we do want to take this time to cover something important to fans joining us in person – the shuttles at BreyerFest.
BreyerFest operates FOUR shuttle routes during BreyerFest weekend, two of which are internally routed at the Kentucky Horse Park and two of which are external loops that service the Clarion, our host hotel, that operate only in the evenings. Please note that there are no shuttles to and from the KHP and partner hotels during the day. Please plan accordingly.
Trying to get around the Kentucky Horse Park? Keep your eyes peeled for red and blue signage!
Red Route
Look for RED shuttle signs at the Kentucky Horse Park and on buses to catch the KHP Loop Shuttle. This shuttle makes continuous stops around the KHP, from the Visitor’s Center, to the BreyerFest ticket booth, to Celebration Park, even up to the Alltech Arena, and more. These shuttles run during the daytime BreyerFest activities until about 7 pm. After the evening show at the Alltech, these shuttles will be converted into Alltech to Ticket Booth Express shuttles (Blue Route), to make sure everyone gets back to their cars in the evening.
Blue Route
If you need to get up to the Alltech Arena from the ticket booth/main entrance of BreyerFest, or you’re parked at the Alltech Arena and are trying to get to the BreyerFest ticket booth/main entrance, look for BLUE shuttle signs at the Kentucky Horse park and on buses to catch the Alltech – Ticket Booth Express route. This shuttle only makes these two stops on a continuous back and forth route. After the evening show, this route will also get you back to your car if you’re parked in the main lot of the KHP
You can see the stops for both these shuttle routes on page 15 of our Guide to BreyerFest!
Trying to get to the Clarion? Be on the lookout for yellow and green signage!
Yellow Route
If you’re staying at one of our partner hotels, you can hop on a shuttle bus marked with YELLOW signage (stops will also be marked at our partner hotels with yellow signs) and get to the Clarion for the evening activities on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This shuttle runs in a continuous loop between the hotels and the Clarion from 5 pm until 11:30 pm (the last shuttle leaves the Clarion at 11, so don’t miss it!) to ferry guests so they don’t need to park at the Clarion. The following hotels will have stops on the YELLOW Route – The Embassy Suites on Newtown Pike, The Candlewood Inn and Suites on Adcolor Drive, the Quality Inn/Mainstay Suites on Stanton Way, and the Clarion Hotel on Newtown Pike.
Green Route
If you’re not staying at one of our partner hotels (and that’s totally ok!) but you want to get to the Clarion in the evening to enjoy those activities, you can leave your car parked at the KHP, either in the main lot or up at the Alltech, and take shuttles marked with GREEN signage from the KHP to the Clarion in the evenings, from 5 pm to 11 pm. Please note that this route only operates during evening hours. Please plan accordingly for the daytime activities.

If you’re wondering what the shuttles look like, they’re school buses.
Comments will be approved before showing up.

Do any shuttles go to/from the campground?
