The Unofficial Start to BreyerFest!

Things have been happening at the Clarion Hotel all day today, and tonight is when the action really heats up!

Everyone is invited to come shop at the Clarion, whether you’re perusing the Swap Meet, doting over the incredible work in the Artisans’ Gallery, or scoping out the room sales!

The Swap Meet takes place in the Preakness and Derby ballroom spaces at the Clarion, and will be open from 7:30 pm to 11 pm both tonight and tomorrow.  Shop here to find that vintage or retired model you’ve been on the hunt for from one of our individual sellers.

The Artisans’ Gallery will kick off this evening at 5:30 pm (7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday), runs to 11 pm, and will be in the newly-renovated (and expanded) space, with entry through the Belmont ballroom only. If you’re not a guest at the Clarion, please be sure to take one of our complimentary BreyerFest Shuttles, either the Hotels loop shuttle (yellow route) or the KHP to Clarion Shuttle (green route). Shuttle service runs from 5:00 pm until 11:30 pm.

The yellow Hotels Loop services the Clarion, The Embassy Suites, the Candlewood Inn & Suites, and the Quality Inn/Mainstay Suites.  Buses will be making pickups at these properties approximately every 20 minutes.

The green KHP to Clarion shuttle will be making stops at the main entrance to BreyerFest, the Alltech Arena main entrance, and the Clarion, and will be looping approximately every 30 minutes.

We ask that all riders please be patient with our drivers, especially early in the evening as they battle Lexington’s rush hour traffic, and at the end of the evening as they work hard to get everyone back to their hotels or cars.

The last shuttles depart the Clarion at 11 pm, so please don’t be late!
