Tomorrow Is The Big Day!

Workshops are going on sale!!  Tomorrow (May 14, 2025) at approximately 1 pm eastern daylight time, BreyerFest Workshop registrations will open for VIP and All-Access ticket holders.

If you do not have your tickets yet, grab them now, here!

We know many fans are very excited about being able to register for workshops, so we just wanted to take this moment to emphasize some important reminders.

·       You must have either a VIP or an All-Access ticket to participate in workshops.

·       If you are registering more than one person in a session, you must have the corresponding number of the above ticket types.  3 seats in a session =  3 All-Access or VIP tickets on your account.

·       Please be sure to input every participant’s name in the name fields, even if you are just registering yourself.

·       All sessions are designed for kids 7 and older – little ones 6 and under can feel free to participate in free Stablemates painting but we do not recommend workshops for little ones this young.  Children should be able to be unaccompanied in the classroom space for 2 hours.

·      You cannot participate in duplicate sessions.  This year there are 4 duplicate sessions happening over the weekend – most of the Thursday classes will also take place some other day during BreyerFest.  You cannot participate in both these classes, as they are the same project.  So, if you register for “Drawing Phish” on Thursday, you cannot also take “Drawing Phish” on Sunday.  All rosters are checked.

And check out this year’s awesome lineup of sessions here, so you can make your schedule.  Please be sure you are not accidentally registering for workshops that take place at the same time, and definitely do not register for workshops if you are participating in a model horse show on the same day.  It is not possible to do both activities.

As a final reminder, if you are not able to register for a session, please email BreyerFest@reevesintl.com to be placed on a waiting list, do not contact Breyer Customer Service.  Please email us the name(s) of the participants (first and last) you want on the waiting list and the name of the session you want to be wait-listed for.
