Vendor Marketplace

BreyerFest hosts nearly 50 retailers as a part of our Vendor Marketplace on the concourse in the Covered Arena. Offering items from books to clothing to jewelry to model horse tack, there truly is something for everyone! Many of these vendors have been with us for many years, but each year we welcome new participants, each one with so much to offer our guests.

With January just around the corner (can you believe it?), the BreyerFest Salute to Horse Heroes webpages will go live, and with them, the application for the 2019 BreyerFest Vendor Marketplace. We look forward to welcoming our vendors for our 30th Anniversary celebration!

As well, we want to give our vendors a heads up that there are a few changes to the Vendor Marketplace (as there are each year) so please be sure you read the application carefully before applying. As anyone who participated in the Vendor Marketplace in 2017 will remember, in year’s past, we’ve had quite a few larger booths, but in 2018 we made an effort to host more vendors to increase the variety for our shoppers by limiting the number of booth spaces a single vendor can reserve.

For 2019, we will once again be limiting the number of booths per vendor to two. With our 30th Anniversary celebration coming up, there has been lots of interest from prospective vendors, so we want to make sure we have enough room for everyone who wants space.  

We are looking forward to welcoming back many of our seasoned retailers who have participated for several years – some since the very beginning, and we are also looking forward to hosting lots of new vendors! We can’t wait to showcasing a few of our vendors over the winter and spring on the BreyerFest blog, so if you’re planning on applying and would like to be featured on the blog, send an email to breyerfest@reevesintl.com.

Remember, applications to the BreyerFest Vendor Marketplace are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and we anticipate a high demand for our 30th Anniversary event. Please be sure to get your applications in early to ensure you get the space you want.
