BreyerFest Open (Photo) Show
As Show Manager Michelle mentioned a few weeks ago, the BreyerFest Open Show is still happening! This year’s show will take place virtually and there is still time to join! Three-Day ticket-holders have until May 15th to register, and if you're interested in joining us you can sign up here.
If you’re not interested in participating virtually, that’s no problem. Simply contact Breyer Customer Service before May 15, 2020 for a refund, or to roll your registration over to 2021’s BreyerFest.
The great news? There is no limit this year on the number of classes you can enter, but you are limited to only two entries per class. This is your chance to enter all those models you don’t normally have room for! The show packet, which is also posted on the BreyerFest Model Horse Shows page on BreyerHorses.com, has updated information on how to submit photos and judging details for this year’s virtual show. Registered entrants will receive information from the Show Manager after May 18th which will include the link and password to the show pages.
Winners of this year’s BreyerFest Virtual Open Show will be announced LIVE on Friday, July 10th during our Virtual Celtic Fling. Prizes for this year’s show will be randomly-selected Spring or Mid-year release models for Sectional winners and randomly-selected BreyerFest Special Run models for Overall champs! As well, all participants will receive a coupon code for $25 off a future purchase of $100 or more on BreyerHorses.com. (Valid on Regular Run items only.)
BreyerFest Youth and Children’s Show
The Youth and Children’s Show has always been about educating our young Collectors and providing them with an experience where they can gather with their hobby friends. We are happy to say we can continue that in this virtual event, just in a different way!
Rather than hosting a competitive show, we will be holding a FREE, LIVE model horse showing clinic on Saturday, July 11, from 8 am to 3 pm EDT. Our judges will be focusing on a different class every half hour on Zoom. If you've ever wondered what Halter showing is exactly, this is the perfect place to find out. Participants can show the judges their models and get live feedback or listen in to the judge’s explanation of what they want to see in each class. The schedule will be posted soon, so you can get your questions and models ready. Participants in this virtual experience will be required to register to receive the Zoom link – more information on that process will be released soon!
Those who registered for the 2020 BreyerFest Youth and Children’s shows will be automatically rolled over to BreyerFest 2021. If you won’t be able to participate in 2021, you are welcome to contact Breyer Customer Service for a refund on your entry fee.
We can’t wait for you to join us for this amazing learning experience with our judges and show managers, Eleanor and Kim!
