BreyerFest is coming up soon and we are sure you're excited to be heading back to the KHP for the biggest Breyer party of the year! And with ticket books arriving in mailboxes, we're sure you're curious about one thing – where at BreyerFest do you get your models?
Let’s start with the model type that all ticket holders receive:
Event Models
Every BreyerFest ticket holder receives an event model! If you’re a VIP ticket holder, your ticket package includes both a Celebration Horse and a 4-pack of this year’s Event Stablemates models. You can pick both of these up at the VIP line of the Special Run Line tent!
If you’re an All-Access ticket holder, you’ll be receiving a Celebration Horse model and if you’re a General Admission ticket holder, you’ll be receiving one randomly-selected Events Stablemates model. Either of these models can be picked up at the Event Model Pickup Tent.
Both the Special Run Line Tent and Event Model Pickup will be located in the Walnut Schooling Ring at the KHP.
If you're interested in purchasing a complete Four-in-Hand set of this year's Event Stablemates models, a limited quantity will be available in both BreyerFest stores onsite, as well as in the online BreyerFest store.
If you’ll be joining us as an Online Access ticket holder, your event models will be shipped to the address on the account you purchased your tickets with, free of charge. These models will ship to you automatically after the conclusion of BreyerFest weekend.
Next up, we’ve got Special Run models -
Special Run Models
Special Run models are available on-site to VIP and All-Access ticket holders only. You can learn more about these models here! If you joined us at BreyerFest in 2022, we’ve made some changes to where these ticket holders will be going to get their models.
All VIP and All-Access ticket holders will be heading to the spacious Special Run Line Tent, in the Walnut Schooling Ring (the ring where the tented BreyerFest store was in 2022) to get their models. There will be three separate lines, one for each ticket type:
If you have multiple ticket types, you will need to wait in each separate line to pick up your models, even if these tickets came in the same ticket book. For example, All-Access Special Run Reservation tickets cannot be redeemed on the VIP line, nor can All-Access Wild Card tickets be redeemed in the All-Access Reservation tickets line. Signage will be posted so please be sure you are on the correct line for your ticket type.
If you’re an online Traditional Access ticket holder, your Special Run models will be shipped to you after the conclusion of BreyerFest weekend.
Limited Editions
Limited Edition models are models that all ticket holders have access to buy at BreyerFest. You can learn more about these models here! These models are made available for purchase during BreyerFest weekend in all BreyerFest Store locations, but do sell out. One of these stores is located on the concourse of the Covered Arena, another will be a tented location in the Annex Ring at the KHP (please note this is not the same ring where this tented store was located in 2022), and the third location will be on BreyerHorses.com!
If you are a VIP ticket holder who has pre-selected and pre-purchased your selection of Limited Editions as a part of your VIP ticket package, head on over to the VIP Line at the Special Run Line Tent to collect these models, along with your VIP Swag!
As well, in addition to the Limited Editions being offered in-person, there will be a selection of models that are only available for purchase online. These models are still open to ALL BreyerFest ticket holders, just only available on BreyerHorses.com.
No matter your ticket type, any Limited Edition Models you purchase during BreyerFest weekend on BreyerHorses.com will be shipped to you; shipping charges may apply.
Have a great weekend, BreyerFest fans! We’ll see you right back here on the BreyerFest Blog next week!
