Yesterday, we covered which models each ticket type has access to and today we are covering where fans can get those models.
Virtual Ticket holders
For our Online Traditional Access and Online Stablemates Access ticket holders, this is easy – your Event Models (Celebration Horses or Stablemates), and all Limited Edition models and merchandise you purchase during BreyerFest weekend will be shipped directly to you! Limited Edition models will be available for purchase BreyerFest weekend on BreyerHorses.com and are limited to one (1) of each available option per transaction, but you are welcome to make multiple transactions throughout the weekend. Shipping rates will vary by location.
In-Person Ticket holders
VIP ticket holders will be able to pick up their Celebration Horse Models, sets of Event Stablemates, and the Special Run Models purchased on their VIP tickets at the Model Handout Tent. Pre-purchased Limited Edition Models and complimentary VIP Swag Boxes will be available for pickup at the VIP Tent, which is new for 2022 (location to be announced soon). VIP ticket holders will receive redemption tickets for all these items in their ticket books, and you can redeem these tickets any time during BreyerFest weekend – your models and VIP box are guaranteed!
For All-Access and General Admission ticket holders, you’ll be able to get your Celebration Horse models, Event Stablemates models (not 4-packs), and Special Run models (All-Access only) all at the Model Handout Tent, as well! Not sure which models come with which tickets? You can read this BreyerFest Blog post to learn more.
The Model Handout Tent, which is new in 2022, will be located near the corner of Nina Bonnie Blvd. and Lee Cholak Drive, opposite the Lunging Pad, circled in red on this map:
On the hunt for Limited Edition models in-person? In 2022, inventory of ALL Limited Edition models* will be in EACH BreyerFest store location. So, whether you’re searching for a Limited Edition Traditional, the stunning crystal, or the squishable plush, all of these offerings can be found in each of our stores on site, while supplies last. As well, Warehouse Finds and event swag will also be available in all BreyerFest Store locations.
All BreyerFest ticket holders will have access to purchase the full selection of Limited Edition models online during BreyerFest weekend. What this means is, if you have an in-person ticket to BreyerFest, you will have access to purchase ALL of this year’s Limited Edition models online during BreyerFest. Please note the online store will open Friday (July 15th) afternoon. (Shipping rates will vary by location.)
So, whether you’re purchasing your Limited Edition models in-person or online, these offerings are limited to one (1) of each available offering per transaction or trip through the store, but you are welcome to make more than one trip or transaction during BreyerFest weekend, while supplies last.
The goal, of course, is to make it easier for guests to get the models they’re after, without having to go from location to location to get them or wait in countless lines. We want you to be able to enjoy all BreyerFest has to offer throughout the weekend!

Everyone with questions on shipping: last year, the variable shipping referred to international vs. USA. USA was free, International paid for it. I do not know the specifics for this year, but that is the basis of the last two years. :)
Those with questions on maps: Typically, Breyer puts out a booklet (From the Horse’s Mouth) with your tickets (downloadable as well) that includes information and maps. There will most likely be maps at the park as well. :)

Thank you Breyer for all this new information, however I too have a question? I am a bit confused to the whole will call tent or where to get the Special run tickets from. Will there be a map to show the location of where to pick them up? Or, is the will call tent suppose to be the main entry gate at Breyerfest? Just wondering, but again thanks for making Breyerfest in person again, I can’t wait to go!

Shipping rates will vary by location- details, please? Does that mean domestic vs international or different rates for different parts of the US? Flat rate not offered? I hope it is not based on model value like the website, unless there is a free shipping possibility.
