BreyerFest is (gasp) NEXT WEEKEND and we have some important reminders coming your way in the next few days, so keep your eyes on the BreyerFest Blog!
Firstly, we wanted to remind everyone about WILL CALL.
If you’re coming to BreyerFest in Kentucky and you are an international ticket holder, your tickets will be waiting for you at Will Call.
As well, if you purchased your All-Access or General Admission tickets after June 4th, whether you’re international or not, those ticket books will also be waiting for you at Will Call.
On Thursday, July 13th, Will Call will be located at the Clarion from 10 am to 5 pm, in the area outside of the Artisans’ Gallery ballroom. The Clarion is located at 1950 Newtown Pike, in Lexington. Please note that parking at the Clarion is restricted to hotel guests only, so make your ticket pickup visit quickly and then take advantage of the BreyerFest Shuttle services from our partner hotels and the KHP to enjoy the evening activities hosted at the Clarion on Thursday evening.
Starting on Friday morning (the 14th) Will Call will be open at the KHP at 8:30 am, and will be open all weekend long until 2 pm on Sunday afternoon. Just look for the Breyer-branded canopy tent!
