Hey BreyerFest attendees, just a heads up - you can pick up your BreyerFest tickets starting on Thursday, July 11th!
For anyone who ordered their tickets after June 21st, you can pick them up from the Ticket Booth on Thursday from 2pm - 4pm. Ticket pick-up is at the BreyerFest entrance at the Kentucky Horse Park, which is between the American Saddlebred Museum and the KHP main gate by the Visitor Information Center.
Can’t make it on Thursday? Will Call will also be open at 8 am on Friday morning before BreyerFest begins, and Saturday and Sunday mornings around 8:15. Will Call on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be located in a Breyer-branded pop-up tent across the way from the ticket booth.
We hope everyone is getting excited for BreyerFest 2019: Salute to Horse Heroes! Only a few days to go!

Can we purchase a single day ticket for Sunday from the ticket booth on Friday? Also, in order to access the ticket booth will we need to pay for parking? (I ask because I’d hate to pay for parking only to be turned away due to there being no tickets.)

My little girl (who is the HUGE fan here) and I are coming to Breyerfest with Three Day Tickets. However, the only special run times left were on Sunday at a time we will already be gone from the event. Of course I went ahead and took the time on Sunday but is there any chance of switching up? Please… help. This is our first time attending the event and she is so excited.

I ordered tickets July 9 and for an email with an order # but the email stated I would be updated when my order shipped. Do I use the order # at the Will Call Ticket pickup? I thought the email confirming the order would give more direction.
