Plastic Ponies On Parade

Plastic Ponies On Parade was held in Fenton, Michigan (more specifically in the Fenton High School cafeteria!) on April 12, 2014! We were one of the lucky shows that received Lionesse and two Mariah models. What a great addition to the show! Everyone loves it.

Plastic Ponies On Parade had 57 entries (5 were in the Kid's Division). We went through 900 classes and the judges looked at 2,868 beautiful models. We had 88 donated raffle items.

We were thrilled to have five kids enter the Kid's Division and they are shown in the group shot here. From left - Lily (her first show), Haley, Joyah, Brooke, and Josie. Joyah (in the middle) won the Breyer donated matte Mariah. Special thanks to Anne Olejniczak who donated four NIB Breyer models (shown) to this division! More show photos can be viewed on the website at

The show made $2,700 to be divided among three "no kill" animal shelters - The Kitten Nursery, Doe Valley, and Rocky Spot Dalmatian Rescue.

Thanks to Breyer, our day was just that much more special. -- Shelley Hogle
