Toronto Horse Day

On June 6th, four members of the Toronto Plastic Ponies Club teamed up with Breyer to host Stablemates painting at Toronto Horse Day. The event is hosted by the Ontario Equestrian Federation and is designed to introduce horse lovers or people who think they might want to get involved with horses to the stables, people and organizations that can help them get started! Breyer had sent out an SOS to our friends and fans in Toronto and the newly formed Toronto Plastic Ponies Club answered the call. Zoe Lewis and her mother Elise Davis rallied the troops and by the date of the event, three club members had signed on: Laurel Taylor (and Laurel recruited her mother!), Andrea Brygidyr, and Neena Bickram. The five-hour event attracted over 1,000 people to the Horse Palace and our volunteers were kept busy at the Stablemates painting station. Many thanks to the Toronto Plastic Ponies Clun and Zoe Lewis, who stepped up to help organize and run the area, for all their help!
