By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by the following Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Official Sweepstakes Rules:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Many will enter, but only one (1) will win!
2. Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents. Parental consent is required for entrants under age 18 if selected as a potential winner. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes begins August 1, 2020 at 12:01AM EDT and ends June 30, 2021 at 11:59 PM EDT.
4. To enter, complete the Breyer Website Entry Form at www.breyerhorses.com/breyerspree. Limit one (1) entry per person and email address.
5. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on or about July 30, 2021. We will contact the potential winner by email on or about August 12, 2021. The name, city and state of the winner will be posted on or about August 20, 2021.
6. The selected potential winner must provide valid contact and shipping information including full name, age, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state and zip, or parent or legal guardian's name and email address or telephone number if under age 18, to Sponsor by telephone or email (telephone and email address will be provided to potential winner in notification email) within five (5) business days or he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Information collected will be used for the purposes of this sweepstakes only and will not be used for marketing or other purposes.
7. The prize will be awarded in the name of the parent if the winner is a minor.
8. Prize: One (1) One thousand dollars and no/100 ($1,000.00) Breyer Gift Certificate will be awarded to one (1) winner for use on www.breyerhorses.com only. Estimated Retail Value: $1,000.00. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prize. Gift Certificate is subject to Breyer Gift Certificate terms and conditions.
9. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. Prize will ship on or about August 20, 2021.
11. Employees of Breyer and/or Reeves retailers, Sponsor, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
12. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
13. By participating, sweepstakes entrants: (1) represent that they have complied with these Official Sweepstakes Rules; (2) grant Sponsor the right to use his or her name, city, state, and likeness, (3) release Sponsor from any and all liability in connection with this sweepstakes, and (4) agree to execute an affidavit of eligibility/prize acceptance form and publicity release if requested to do so, all without further compensation.
14. Sponsor is not responsible for technical or other malfunctions with its website or the internet, lost, late or misdirected emails, or incomplete/incorrect entries.
15. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who attempts to tamper or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the promotion and/or its website.
16. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion in the event of a malfunction beyond Sponsor's control.
