BreyerWest 2023 | General Information

BreyerWest is a Breyer-sponsored model horse event that includes model horse shows, model horse hobby workshops, demos, and more! Next year’s event takes place February 24-26, 2023 at the National Western Complex in Denver, Colorado, in partnership with the Rocky Mountain Horse Expo.  All events take place in the BreyerWest area, unless otherwise noted.

• Fun hobby workshops (pre-registration required)
• Evening Swap Meet/Artisan’s Gallery at the Host Hotel (pre-registration required for sellers)

Sunday

• Free Stablemates painting for kids!
• Youth and Novice Model Horse show - perfect for kids and new showers of all ages!
• Meet & Greets with Hobby Artists

Important Event Information:

• Guests of BreyerWest are encouraged to wear a face covering when proper social distancing is not achievable, but masking is not required.
• If you joined us in 2022, you'll remember there was a $5 entry ticket that guests needed to purchase before gaining access to other items on the website, but you received a coupon code to put towards your ticket to the Rocky Mountain Horse Expo.  There is no longer a $5 entry ticket being sold by Breyer, but you still need to purchase your ticket to the RMHE, which you can do here.
• Registrations will open November 16, 2022 at 2 pm Eastern. Registrations purchased for BreyerWest on BreyerHorses.com are non-refundable after January 31, 2023.  Guests will also need to purchase a ticket to the Rocky Mountain Horse Expo to attend BreyerWest.  Please purchase those tickets directly from the Expo here.

Host Hotel Information

BreyerWest has partnered with an amazing host hotel at our location in Denver!  A block of rooms has been set aside for BreyerWest participants.  You may call the hotel directly and reference BreyerWest when making your reservations.  The rate is $99/night for a single or double occupancy.  This rate does not include breakfast.

This hotel is located 15 minutes (5 miles) from the National Western Complex and only a few minutes from shops and restaurants in the Stapleton neighborhood of Denver.

Swap Meet/Artisans’ Gallery

The BreyerWest Swap Meet/Artisans’ Gallery will be taking place at the host hotel on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 7:00 to 10 pm in Grand Ballroom 1.  Tables for this are currently on sale.  You must be registered for another BreyerWest activity or have purchased a model (or be a BreyerWest volunteer) to purchase a table.
