The 2023 BreyerFest Swap Meet will be held on Thursday July 13th and Friday, July 14th in the Clarion Hotel Ballroom! The doors will open to the public at 7:30 pm and will close promptly at 11:00 pm each day. Applications must be received by April 14, 2023 and will be reviewed after that date. Confirmations will be emailed out after April 24, 2023. The Swap Meet is the perfect place for an individual seller looking to sell, trade, or even buy older, vintage, or surplus models, or tack or accessories.
The Swap Meet is not open to Breyer retailers, customizers, or artists. Retailers are invited to sell at the BreyerFest® Marketplace and Artists and Customizers are welcome to apply to the Artisans’ Gallery. Current 2023 Breyer merchandise (including Special Runs and Limited Editions) is not permitted to be sold or traded at the Swap Meet.Thank you for understanding. Submitting an application does not constitute acceptance into the Swap Meet. All Swap Meet applicants must submit at least two photos showcasing the items they will be selling. Pictures of items being sold must be submitted to Breyer with your completed application and full payment for consideration.
You must be a BreyerFest VIP or All-Access ticket holder to apply to sell at the Swap Meet prior to the submission of your application. Only one seller per application is permitted. Helpers and attendees do not need a ticket to attend or shop. Table fees are $60 for one table per night, or $90 for two tables per night; there is a two-table per night limit. The $60 fee includes one 6’ table and two chairs; the $90 fee includes two 6’ tables and four chairs. All additional shelving brought by an exhibitor must be properly secured or, at the sole discretion of Breyer, you will be asked to remove it.
Accepted participants will be listed in the BreyerFest® Program, but can choose to add on a virtual listing option to be visible to our virtual guests. If you would like to upgrade to include a virtual listing, you may do so via the Virtual Application available here.
