Volunteer at BreyerFest 2023!
BreyerFest wouldn’t be possible without the help of our amazing crew of volunteers!
Sorry, entries are closed.
For our 2023 in-person event, we are looking for adults 18 years old or older to assist in a variety of areas, from assisting guests at the Help Desks to working in the Craft & Activity Tent. Prior BreyerFest experience is not necessarily required for some positions, but is for some, including BreyerFest Ambassadors.
Applications must be submitted by March 20, 2023. All applicants will be informed of their status on or about April 17, 2023. BreyerFest Volunteers receive a complimentary All-Access ticket pack*, a fun commemorative t-shirt, a limited edition Breyer Volunteer model, and our utmost gratitude in exchange for spending three fun-filled days with us! Models are distributed on Sunday evening following event area pack up and each department's closing meeting.
*Special Run models, which are a part of the All-Access ticket pack, are not complimentary and must be purchased at an additional cost by volunteers interested in purchasing them.

Volunteer Ambassador models will be distributed at the close of BreyerFest on Sunday. To ensure fairness to everyone, models will be handed out during each area’s closing meeting, which will be staggered based on each area's pack up time; therefore, if selected, please adjust your travel plans back home accordingly.
Volunteers are crucial to the success of BreyerFest and we appreciate all the help and support you give us. Thanks for applying and for being willing to help make BreyerFest: Driving Forward! a memorable event for everyone!
