Contest Reminder!

BreyerFest is hosting two fun contests this summer for fans!

The BreyerFest Best Customs Contest honors the best of the best in Breyer model horse customizing.  From re-making or re-sculpting the models itself, to the finest in finish work, to superb tack.  You can read the complete rules and information on how to enter here!

Judges will choose their top three finalists in each of the six divisions to showcase their work in-person at the BreyerFest Artisans’ Gallery at the Clarion during BreyerFest weekend.  On Saturday, July 13^th, our esteemed judges will select the top winner and two finishers in each division, who will get to add one of these beautiful prize models to their collections. 

As well, BreyerFest is also hosting our Pop Culture that Pops! Diorama Contest, in which entrants are challenged to create a diorama using at least one Breyer model that depicts one example of the many categories of pop culture from the last hundred years.

Five winners in each of four age groups will be selected to receive a beautiful glossy version of this year’s Celebration Horse, Athenian Lady (to be revealed this afternoon!) but all of our Diorama Contest entrants are invited to bring their creations to display for fans to see at the Clarion! 

Entries can be dropped off for display in the Lexington/Keeneland/Gainsway ballrooms starting on Friday, July 12^th and must be picked up by Saturday afternoon at 3 pm.  Please note that this area will not be monitored and entries are left at your own risk.
