SENIOR COPYWRITER

We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to be part of our team of creative professionals, the Senior Copywriter will help define Breyer’s voice through compelling, authentic storytelling. In this collaborative role, you’ll partner with creative, marketing, product development, and project management teams to craft persuasive, brand-aligned copy that resonates with our diverse audience. Your work will elevate the Breyer brand and drive engagement across all touchpoints, from traditional media to social and emerging platforms. You’ll play a key role in developing breakthrough messaging that cuts through marketplace clutter and inspires both new and loyal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develops clear, concise, engaging copy based on business and creative goals, marketing insights, channel, competitor research and legal requirements for social/digital, email, print, signage, website, packaging and all related cross-channel marketing projects, campaigns, and concepts.
- Thoroughly understands and clearly conveys brand voice, including nuances dependent on channel and context.
- Interprets and adapts information from a variety of sources and resources including marketing, creative briefs and (PDS) product development sheets.
- Follows competitors and industry trends. Develops and shares with creative and broader team, insights adaptable/adoptable to Breyer marketing vision.
- Collaborates with design and marketing partners through all stages of project development, creating and maintaining synergy, efficiency and communication to meet marketing/business objectives and creative guidelines.
- Plans, prioritizes and organizes high-volume workload to meet a multitude of competing deadlines with regular status updates to project manager and project partners.
- Proofreads own work for accuracy, logic, grammar and consistency, responsible for the quality and integrity of work from concept to delivery. Provides proofreading/editing support for director, marketing leadership and other Breyer teams as needed.
- Demonstrates willingness to take/interpret feedback; multi-task; and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in the toy, collectibles, or lifestyle sectors. Experience with family-friendly or child-focused brands is preferred. Equine writing or knowledge is also an asset.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to craft engaging, results-driven copy across various platforms and mediums.
- A passion for storytelling and a flair for thinking outside the box. You should be able to inspire others with your creativity while staying on-brand.
- Strong editorial skills, with the ability to produce error-free, grammatically precise content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and convey ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with horses or a genuine interest in equestrian culture is a plus but not required.
- Proven strength in problem solving and decision making.
- Avid, enthusiastic social media user with working knowledge of all social platforms.
- Adept at quick creative thinking without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe CS. Knowledge of Excel, Power Point.
- Project management/work management software experience a plus.

SALES MANAGER

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and accomplished Sales Manager; a talented individual with experience in toys, gifts, collectibles and/or animal and or equine themed consumer products to join our company in order to help execute our expansion and growth plans. This position is based in our office in Pequannock, NJ. The chosen candidate will manage and further develop a customer base within several specific channels of distribution to increase market penetration, and product placement. Approximate travel: 20%-30%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with established accounts in assigned territory or channel to gain additional placement and increase sales
- Proactively prospect for new customers in assigned channel(s) to secure incremental distribution, placement, and sales
- Open new accounts/work with leads from Breyer website, trade shows, and other sources. Develop deep, productive, professional relationships with key customers in the best interest of Reeves, the customer, and the business
- Proactively engage with marketing and product development departments to provide clear market, channel, and customer feedback including competitive analysis

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with a variety of customer support duties as well as staff training, systems adoption, and general management and performance of the department.

Qualifications:
- Five years’ experience in a product business within the consumer products industry. Call center environment experience and experience in service-related industries is not applicable to this position.

- Experience with NetSuite a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, training and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

PROTOTYPE PAINTER

The Prototype Painter will handle the coordination, preparation and painting of high-end toys and collectibles for our in-house sample making department using airbrush and spray guns.
Responsibilities:
- Use spray guns and airbrushing to achieve desired effects on prototypes and sample models. We are willing to train candidates on this equipment.
- Mix paints to create and match unique colors
- Perform quality control for multiple samples of the same type
- All Other allied duties as required and dictated by the Department Manager
Qualifications:
- Deadline driven to ensure completion of all production in timely manner
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Illustrator
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF SUPPLY CHAIN

We are looking for an exceptional individual to support the Operations Department. The Senior Director of Supply Chain is responsible for the entire supply chain including sourcing and management of production suppliers / vendors, ensuring that production / supply is sufficient to meet market and customer demand, as well as ensuring the finished product is efficiently produced and shipped to customers on spec and on time. Additionally, the Senior Director of Supply Chain is tasked with continuously reviewing supplier and production performance, logistical and distribution functions, inventory management performance and identifying areas of improvement in order to ensure efficiency in the production, transportation and distribution processes.
The Senior Director of Supply Chain must be knowledgeable and experienced in process management, product development, logistics and distribution in order to have an understanding of how Reeves works. They will coordinate, organize, and manage all logistics in the production and distribution process of Reeves’ products.
The Senior Director of Supply Chain also manages people on the teams involved in the production and distribution process. These team members include Sourcing, Inventory, Logistics, Warehousing, and managing Reeves’ 3PL.
Core Responsibilities:
- Creating and successfully managing business relationships with suppliers, 3PL operators and customers
- Directing allocation of materials, supplies, and products
- Collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain
- Establishing performance metrics for measurement, comparison, and evaluation of elements and factors affecting the supply chain
- Maintaining detailed inventories of materials, supplies and products located in the factory, at 3PLs, and in the company
- Analyzing current inventories and procedures
- Developing policies and processes to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain and implementing any required and desired changes
- Identifying and managing optimal shipment and transportation routes
- Making recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials, supplies and products
- Negotiating prices for raw materials, supplies and products from suppliers / vendors
- Monitoring and managing performance of suppliers / vendors by assessing their ability to meet quality, quantity and delivery requirements
- Identifying and qualifying new suppliers
