EVENTS COORDINATOR
Reeves International / Breyer Animal Creations® (www.breyerhorses.com) was a finalist for the 2020 and 2022 National Toy Hall of Fame as well as the winner of the 2021 Equine Industry Vision Award. We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to help manage and grow our experiential brand events for consumers, collectors and retailers. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Events Coordinator will help to develop and produce brand-building festivals, events and marketing promotions at various locations throughout the US and Canada, resulting in high attendance and strong participant engagement, product sales and brand affinity.
The Events Coordinator will collaborate with the Events team to concept and implement innovative plans to create consumer awareness of and engagement with the Breyer brand and horses by working with the equestrian industry and the model horse hobby. In addition, the Events Coordinator will provide retailers with the marketing tools and information to host successful retail events that build their Breyer business and increase sales and expand their consumer base.
The successful candidate will have experience planning, coordinating and running both indoor and outdoor consumer-focused festivals, fairs or horse shows, rather than meetings, trade shows or corporate functions.
Additional Activities, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help to produce and manage the company’s annual collector festival, BreyerFest (http://www.breyerhorses.com/breyerfest/). This role will assist with the development and management all aspects of the large scale event including, but not limited to: bottom line/P&L, entertainment and guests, vendors and rentals, and ticket and product sales to achieve maximum attendance and profit goals, as well as promote the overall love of the horse.
- Help to create plan and manage all other promotional events throughout the year.
- Create successful formats for retailers that will enable them to host successful in-store Breyer events.
- Concept, develop, manage and implement additional promotional events, such as grass roots consumer events, that will create awareness of and enthusiasm for all horses, grow Breyer brand recognition and affinity, increase customer loyalty, grow the model horse hobby, increase sales, and promote goodwill.
Skills Attributes and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible event management experience – preferably in consumer festivals, fairs and promotional consumer and retail events; not in corporate function/meeting planning.
- Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills to manage staff, vendors, volunteers and temporary help are essential.
- Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal.
- Proficient with all relevant and standard Microsoft programs including Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Knowledge of NetSuite a plus
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines is critical.
- Must be a team player but also function well as an independent contributor in a reliable, dependable and responsible manner.
- Must be resourceful, detail oriented, a problem solver and possess a strong work ethic and high level of pride in their work product.
- Must be able to handle multiple activities concurrently, prioritize well and accept event P&L responsibilities.
- 20% travel is required.
- Equestrian background and experience with live animals at events is preferred.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND COLLECTIONS ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and experienced individual to support our Credit Department. This individual will be responsible for assisting with collections and account receivable duties including posting credit cards and checks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform collection calls
- Apply cash to clients’ accounts.
- Process PayPal payments
- Answer calls and emails from clients
- Scan checks into online banking system, post to appropriate accounts, and make bank deposits
- Email invoices and statements to clients
- Process automatic credit card payments
- Research deductions and issue credits if needed
- Run reports as needed
- Update credit cards on file
- Assist with the year end audit, and bank exams as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

SALES MANAGER

The chosen candidate will manage and further develop a customer base within several specific channels of distribution to increase market penetration, and product placement. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

The Prototype Painter will handle the coordination, preparation and painting of high-end toys and collectibles for our in-house sample making department using airbrush and spray guns.
Responsibilities:
- Use spray guns and airbrushing to achieve desired effects on prototypes and sample models. We are willing to train candidates on this equipment.
- Mix paints to create and match unique colors
- Perform quality control for multiple samples of the same type
- All Other allied duties as required and dictated by the Department Manager
Qualifications:

We are looking for an exceptional individual to support the Operations Department. The Senior Director of Supply Chain is responsible for the entire supply chain including sourcing and management of production suppliers / vendors, ensuring that production / supply is sufficient to meet market and customer demand, as well as ensuring the finished product is efficiently produced and shipped to customers on spec and on time. Additionally, the Senior Director of Supply Chain is tasked with continuously reviewing supplier and production performance, logistical and distribution functions, inventory management performance and identifying areas of improvement in order to ensure efficiency in the production, transportation and distribution processes.
The Senior Director of Supply Chain must be knowledgeable and experienced in process management, product development, logistics and distribution in order to have an understanding of how Reeves works. They will coordinate, organize, and manage all logistics in the production and distribution process of Reeves’ products.
The Senior Director of Supply Chain also manages people on the teams involved in the production and distribution process. These team members include Sourcing, Inventory, Logistics, Warehousing, and managing Reeves’ 3PL.
Core Responsibilities:
- Creating and successfully managing business relationships with suppliers, 3PL operators and customers
- Directing allocation of materials, supplies, and products
- Collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain
