Getting Into BreyerFest

Getting Into BreyerFest

With the BreyerFest gates opening up in just a week, we know fans have some questions about getting into the park with the new digital ticketing system – previously, guests have had some sort of identifier, like a wristband or a button.  (And you still will – keep reading!)

For this year’s event, all guests will have their admission ticket, which is included amongst your digital tickets, scanned by BreyerFest staff at the gates before entering the park. You can also use your master QR code for admission.  All our scanner devices in each area of BreyerFest know which tickets they are looking for and will scan accordingly. If you are one person with multiple ticket types (for example, 1 VIP and 1 All-Access) we only need to scan one admission ticket per person, so take your pick!

If you’re one of our early birds who plans to wait in line for either the Covered Arena Store or the tented BreyerFest Store, admission tickets (or master QR codes) will be scanned when the store numbers are distributed each morning, so be sure your whole group is in line at that time.

If you’re new to BreyerFest, there are two different lines outside the front gate to get into BreyerFest: if you’re interested in being among the first to shop for this year’s Limited Edition models, event swag, or other product,s you’ll want to head to the line to the LEFT of the BreyerFest entrance, which winds towards the Visitor Information Center (VIC).  If you want to shop in either of the BreyerFest Stores, you’ll receive a number which will secure your place in line for either the store in the Covered Arena or the tented store. If you just want to get into the event and don’t need to shop first, or you need to buy tickets, you’ll want to get into the line to the RIGHT of the BreyerFest entrance, which is in front of the American Saddlebred Museum.

No matter which line you end up in, please have your Admission tickets/Master QR codes out and ready for scanning starting at 8:30 am each day of BreyerFest.

These admission tickets are only scannable ONCE each of the three days, so once you’re inside BreyerFest, be sure to pick up your BreyerFest wristbands for re-entry to the park throughout the day and weekend. You only need to pick up wristbands once – they are good for the entire weekend once you have them.

If you’re a VIP ticket holder, your wristband is conveniently located in your VIP swag bag, which you can pick up, along with your models, in the VIP Line at the Special Run Line Tent.

If you’re an All-Access or General Admission ticket holder, you’ll receive your wristbands at Event Model Handout when you pick up your Celebration Model(s) or Event Stablemates model(s). Wristbands will be provided to these guests once models are picked up and their corresponding tickets scanned by BreyerFest staff.

See you next week!

I know last time we went we got little cards in the mail with the model we could get, nothing has come yet. Are you doing that this year?

Jeanie Randall - July 18, 2024

Look for an email from showclix for tickets. I had to call breyer for this info.

Caitlin—You will login to the account you used when you purchased your online ticket, and a screen will come up that will indicated where to click to enter Breyerfest online. It’s pretty easy as long as your silly computer doesn’t keep logging you out of the website!

What if people haven’t received their tickets yet like my sister and there supposed to leave Tuesday

So we do not need any QR code to use as a parking pass while going through the booths into the parking area?

Louise - July 7, 2024

Sounds interesting! We can pick up a wristband right as our tickets get scanned, right?
