A few weeks ago, we introduced you to four of the incredible artists who will joining us at BreyerWest next March in Denver. If you missed that announcement, you can catch up here!
These incredible artists are on-hand to answer questions, chat about the model horse hobby, and give you an up-close view of some of their latest projects. Many of the artists joining us on March 16th and 17th have had their hand in creating Breyer models – some of which you might even own!
Joining Maggie and Karen on Saturday March 16th will be Kristen Cermele, who has been a model horse artist for 20 years. Her amazing creations have been among NAN’s Fantasy Reserve Champions and BreyerFest Best Customs Contest Finalists. She is also the brilliant artistic mind behind the beautiful bay sabino pinto pattern on Breyer’s second release in the 2022 Premier Club, Constantia. Kristen has an Equine Science degree from Centenary University and a BFA in Fine Arts from the College of New Jersey. She is incredibly passionate about her work and can’t wait to share her wealth of knowledge with our BreyerWest guests in Denver this spring! | |
Also greeting fans on Saturday, March 16th will be the incredible Stephanie Blaylock. A model horse artist for close to 25 years, Steph designed the beautiful leopard appaloosa coat for the 2020 Premier Club release, Vermeer, and has both been a finalist and winner in the BreyerFest Best Customs Contest. She is proud to be a model horse show host and judge, loves to mentor kids, and teaches various painting workshops and classes. Outside of the model horse world, she teaches riding at a Girl Scout-owned equestrian center and competes in Dressage on her Arabian gelding. |
These artists can’t wait to meet fans next March in Denver! You can learn more about BreyerWest and register for events here!
