It is a horse breed produced by crossbreeding the Friesian horse with other breeds, including draft horses (primarily Percherons), Morgans, Arabians, Andalusians, Paints, Appaloosa, Saddlebreds, Thoroughbreds, and Tennessee Walkers. Friesian crosses may be considered sport horses or pleasure horses.
