National Fun Day Artist Spotlight #3!

Continuing with our artist spotlights, today we want to introduce you to our third National Fun Day artist Jenn Constantine! In the not-too-distant past, Jenn Constantine conceived an idea for a medallion: painting a ghostly skeleton horse. This brought about "Spook," a creation that quickly became beloved and an iconic representation of Jenn's work. Jenn's artistic focus has been transforming skeletons from lifeless, cold forms into dynamic, "breathing" creatures that narrate compelling and thought-provoking stories for viewers. Her skill in acrylics paints, customizing and re-sculpting has allowed her to breathe life into various incarnations of Spook, whether in 2D flatwork or intricate custom 3D models. Other fantastical beasts have found their way into her work as well! A perpetual learner, Jenn finds great joy in refining her skills and sharing her knowledge with others.

Jenn will be leading a Paint a Champagne Stablemates in Acrylics Workshop. Pop the “bubbly” and pour the paint water (just please don't mix them up while drinking!) and join Jenn Constantine as she paints a champagne-colored Stablemates model. Learn different techniques with acrylic paints to make this unique "double dilute" horse color shine. Perfect for beginners or more advanced artists! This workshop will be live-streamed through the Breyer Horse Network YouTube channel and will start at 6:00pm EDT on October 11^th.
