By now, you should have received your ticket email(s) from our partner ShowClix (donotreply@showclix.com is the email address it would have come from).

You have received an individual email for each ticket you purchased, so if you purchased one VIP ticket, two All-Access tickets, and two General Admission tickets, you should have five separate emails from ShowClix. If you ordered tickets on multiple BreyerHorses.com accounts with different email addresses, tickets have been emailed to those separate email addresses.

Each email will include one (1) Master QR code and a list of every item the QR code is valid for -Daily Admission, Evening Show selection (either Friday or Saturday), any pre-paid models (VIP only), included Event Models (Celebration Horse or Stablemates), and assigned Special Runs or Wild Cards, depending on when you purchased your tickets.

This is the only QR ticket holders will receive, there are NOT individual PDFs this year. The same Master QR code can be shown at each location and scanned multiple times. The code can be saved on your phone as a screenshot, accessed from your confirmation email, or printed for easy access.

If you did not receive an email from ShowClix, or you are missing emails for tickets you purchased, not to worry! You can log into My Tickets | ShowClix to locate your tickets to BreyerFest. Simply type in the email address you purchased your tickets on if you don’t have a ShowClix account and hit “Forgot your password?” to access your tickets to BreyerFest.

As a reminder, since it is impossible to tell if a QR code has been scanned just by looking at it, we do not recommend guests trade QR codes amongst each other until they have purchased or picked up all the components they want from it. Once the QR code has been scanned for a particular item, it cannot be scanned again for that item, except for Daily Admission to the KHP.

Went back looked for online booklet. Breyerfest weekend make sure you sign into your Breyer.com account first. Look for the on line tile board that has all options for Breyerfest weekend. SR horses have an online tile click that tile. The Special Runs assigned to your account should come up, linked to the ticket you purchased for online.
On line Traditional ticket. If I’ve read everything correctly there is no QR code or ticket for online viewing and purchasing in store. Just make sure you are signed in to your account and look for the Breyerfest online tile board. Hope this helps. Hope you all get the SR you want and enjoy Breyerfest 2025. I’m doing online traditional and will be at Breyerfest in person too. Meeting up with my sister. I am ready to party and also enjoy everything horsey at Breyerfest 2025. First time in person and have done every online Breyerfest since 2020. Yeh ha!!!🥂🍾🍺🎂
Remember Breyerfest starts Friday morning in person and online.

I also have the same questions as Gale, Kat, Cheryl and possibly Cynthia – please give us some information about online tickets! I have had nothing from ShowClix, their forgot email is not sending me anything so I can’t log in to see if there’s something there or not. I didn’t get the email about choosing SRs either – only by chance did I discover that there was a form to fill in.

I have an online traditional access ticket for Breyerfest 2025. How, when and where do I purchase my Special Run Model picks online? Will I be able to purchase the SR models, any of the 3 days of Breyerfest?
Is there a QR code for online purchase of SR models 2025.
